Private insurance has to help too

The rule on the books: 2014 (HB 2744, signed 4/16/2014): ABA for children under 12; caps of 1,300 hours a year for 4 yrs from diagnosis then 520 hours a year; also created ABA licensure act (federal parity may limit cap enforcement)
